How do I contact support?

How many contacts can I store?

You can store unlimited contacts in Identity.

Do you provide any training & support?

Yes, we provide support through email and phone.

If needed,  you can request training sessions on site.

Can we manage access privileges of each employee in our firm?

Yes, you can setup various user roles that will limit each transaction and reports that an employee can access. You can also revoke this privilege at any time.

With Core Practice, you have control of all users and transactions. That way, you can be rest assured that your data is safe.

Can I import my employee information from Excel or other databases into Human Capital?

Yes, you can. In order to reduce the time of inputting all your employee information into Human Capital. Our software allows importing of data from Excel.

What is accounting in the cloud ?

Accounting software with a 'cloud' component enables accounting data to be stored securely off-site on servers managed by an external provider. This means you can access up-to-date files remotely from anywhere, in real time.

It makes collaboration easier and allows for more efficient work.

Do you trade in different currencies?

Yes, we support multi currencies in Core Practice and Accounting.

What kind of firms use ProHukum?

Our client list consists of various tiers of law firms. Both firms with less than 10 lawyers as well as those with more than 80 lawyers, they all choose ProHukum because they find it great at helping them excel at their jobs.

We don't have IT personnels in our firm. Would that be a problem if I use Core Practice?

No. We will help you setup up and running so you can start using it right away. Support and maintenance are also provided by us.

After training, if we encounter specific problems with the software, do you provide after-sales support?

Yes. You can call us anytime during our office hours (Monday - Friday : 09.00 - 17.00). Support via email is available 24 hours 7 days a week. And, it's free.

I'm afraid I won't be able to use the software optimally. Do you provide training and user guide?

Yes. By purchasing the software, you are eligible for training as well as user guide available online.
